Hi again, and thx for your help.
So, as you ask, this is my actual config file and an example of a mail
from one of my guy.The mail is send with "Sylpheed version 0.8.9" (does
it matter ?) and contain two shells script as attachment plus the famous
PGP signature.
I've offuscated the original email addresses and hosts, hoping that
this would not disturb your test. If yes, ask me for the complete
original message.

attached mail follows:
installez wls dans /usr/local/blabla
dans /path/to/project recopiez une config valide : on doit avoir ensuite un répertoire /path/to/project/config/nom_du_domaine_wls (avec config.xml et tout le bazar)
ensuite voir le setEnv.sh et le startAdmin.sh joints
