I have checked in some changes which should fix this. There were two
different problems, one of which happened with overwrite=0, increment=0
(the default for overwrite was changed to 0 in version 2.1.4; if you're
using that and are not going to install a new version soon, I suggest
putting overwrite=1 in your .hmrc), and one which happened with linkquotes=1.
