Attached my patch to enable haof writing for 2.1.4.
Details about applying and changes can be found in the header of the patch.
Daniel Stenberg was willing in december 2002 to include this
in the baseline if writing haofs would have become a configurable option.

I hereby present the haof option.
Maybe it is time to rename that contrib/hoaf-28 directory in
contrib/haof, remove the old patch and add the new dtd
to accompain the new hypermail ability if the patch makes it in
the baseline...
