    Here's what my ISP says about my lack of access to /dev/null. (Sorry, I'm
    just not a UNIX guy, so very little of this makes sense to me. - I
    discovered there is a PERL version of hypermail - should I give up on the c
    version and try the Perl? At least that I can understand.)
