 It would be nice if Kent changed the license to GPL, but I don't want
to require that all programs distributed in the tarball be GPL'd. I'm
inclined to just change the README to indicate that the main program is
GPL'd, but some programs in the archive and contrib directories have
different licenses. Why would we need to do more than that?
