They were being treated as headers because the "blank" line that was
intended to indicate the end of the headers contained a carriage return.
I have checked in a change to parse.c that causes Hypermail to treat
lines containing only a carriage return as blank lines for purpose of
deciding whether they indicate the end of headers or a continued header line.
