I fixed some incorrect translations and added the missing translations
for Swedish. A patch is available at
http://www.softwolves.pp.se/privat/hypermail-lang.h.patch
Also, the ISO code for the Swedish language is "sv", not "se". (The ISO
code for Sweden *is* "se", that's where the confusion comes from,
language "se" is Samic).
