 If the rest of the subject line stays the same and is thread-specific,
then a simple fix that might make it thread properly would be to change
the stripsubject option so that it can handle lists of strings to be
removed from the start of the subject line, e.g.:
stripsubject="BUG FIXED:"
stripsubject="BUG REPORT:"

 This would affect the subject line display as well as the matching, so
it probably isn't exactly what you want. I haven't yet thought much about
how hard it would be to separate the stripping done for subject matching
from the stripping done for subject display.
