I have released a new version. I've tagged this code in cvs as release-2_0,
but haven't created a branch yet.
I've added a link in docs/hypermail.html to the sourceforge page.
Does anyone have write access to the hypermail.org site who is willing
to update it?
I plan to apply the patches recently submitted by "W. Tasin" <tasin@fhm.edu>
tomorrow, and then look at the large patches from Nicolas Noble, and then add
in the options I described in these messages:

I will probably release these as version 2.1a1 in a week or so.
