? The web pages are generated by hypermail, but they can be copied by anyone
or anything.
You could make tarballs and copy them all to another machine, you could use
rsync to update a mirror automatically, you could use a web mirror program to
mirror the pages over the web server, you could nfs export your web archive
disk and mount it on the other machine.
The choice is yours.
