I've uploaded a tarball for version 2.1.4 to Sourceforge.
The next large set of changes will probably be changes that William King
is working on to use getext() for all stdout/stderr messages and to
standardize the configure and makefile system. The cvs code may be a
bit less stable than normal right after these changes are checked in.
