Where that file .hmrc supposed to be?

[majordomo@nsdec hypermail-2.1.0]$ find . -name
"*.hmrc" -print
[majordomo@nsdec hypermail-2.1.0]$ pwd
/home/majordomo/hypermail-2.1.0
I can't find it.
