Can someone explain why I keep getting an unknown mailer error 255?

Wait...I see it. It looks like hypermail runs as user "mail". I thought,
using "osborn: "| hypermail -i -u -c /home/httpd/neutron/neutron.rc" " in
/etc/aliases that it would run as user "osborn". The file index.html is owned
by osborn, not mail. So the problem was that hypermail was not able to write
the new index.html. How do I get this to run as osborn and not mail?

This seems to be the pertinent information:

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
"| hypermail -i -u -c /home/httpd/neutron/neutron.rc"
    (expanded from: <osborn@zuul.pns.anl.gov>)

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
path: /home/httpd/neutron/neutron.rc
Reading old headers...

hypermail: Could not write "/home/httpd/neutron/mail-archive/index.html".

Writing messages to "/home/httpd/neutron/mail-archive"...
554 "| hypermail -i -u -c /home/httpd/neutron/neutron.rc" ... unknown mailer
error 255
