Greetings Rick;

Sendmail is using the Sendmail Restricted Shell (smrsh) to execute
programs, and you must have the proper symbolic links established to
the hypermail executable, or else use a non-restricted shell for
program execution..

The solution I provided in
http://www.landfield.com/hypermail/mail-archive/2000/Sep/0020.html
actually is more applicable to your situation than the one I addressed
in the email.
