One thing I would like to see is the number of digits in the filenames
increased up to six rather then four. I had done this in my copy of
hypermail.102 as some of the items I was doing would have hit 9999.
Not sure of the ramifications of this though on a full user
basis. Perhaps a switch added to allow 4/6 with 4 as the default.
