I always used uppercase tags, with lower case, quoted attributes (wait, are
those things really the attributes!?). One of the exceptions to lowercase is
color tags. I uppercase those every time.

The only reason I'm asking right now is because in out TODO file, we have as
first option to lowercase all tags to support XHTML 1.0 in the future... I'm
guessing that means *everything* goes lowercase then:
<h1 align="center"...
<table align="left"...
<body bgcolor="#f0f0f0"... (...or is there an exception here?)
