I agree with Daniel; 2b29 is in "production" use at enough of our sites
that it might as well be v2.0. There isn't much point in having the
latest "released" version be something that can't do the current year.

Another item for the TO-DO list: make the HTML XML-compliant, at least
where that's relatively painless. Daniel's example reminded me, as
all tag arguments are supposed to be quoted (e.g. <table width="100%">).

Making all tags paired is on that list of requirements, too, but that's
tedious enough (for manual editing) that I'm not bothering to do it yet,
myself.
