Two problems were corrected and the fixed parse.c has been committed to the
CVS server:
* Unnamed attachments weren't saved properly. The new subdir stuff had broken
that.
* The system for getting the file names off the attachments didn't do the
job case sensitive enough so it failed to get the names in Ashley's case.
It seems to work with these fixes.
