You might want to try a later version of hypermail (see
<http://www.fts.frontec.se/~dast/hypermail/>) Designated as alpha but
we're running it in service here.
If it's a particular message that you're having trouble with, then try
saving the message into a file and feed it into hypermail by hand. This
will give you a better idea about how it's failing.
