I agree with you that they need tweaking. Not to mention that I can't run my
"GNU indent 1.9.1" on with them: indent: unknown option "-nbbo"...

Your examples are perfect for showing that the options MUST be corrected.
This is what I meant with my previous mail addressing these matters.
These indent runnings should be one-time-only. We need to be able to track
all changes using the 'cvs diff' command and if we contantly are gonna run
indent with various options it'll make that impossible.
