Let's hold off a bit. I think this is a quick problem to find but it is
a bit confusing. I get the same result mentioned earlier when I compile
it from the top level but a different result when I compile it in the
directory. ????? This looks like a header problem, ordering or missing
header. It compiles on some systems and not on linux when it use to.
