I'm concerned about the other sort of failing also - not threading messages
that should be threaded. Having done some of the coding to keep threads
intact, I know it has its difficulties, but the ease of simply relying on
In-Reply-To doesn't make it a good solution.
I guess what we need is a volunteer to code it in C....
The best solution will not require enforcing "proper" behavior on users,
since that simply is not possible.
