Time stamps

Since we're all talking about time stamping stuff already, I just
noticed something funny...

Check out http://wwwcount.yeehaw.com/archives/9903/ - notice anything
strange? Look at the time stamp on the last message, then look at the very next
line under that, Last message date:... See the discrepancy?

Now, that archive was done using whatever the last CVS source is
(irronically, it says 2a15, not 16 - Daniel?) Now, go back and pick the
previous month: http://wwwcount.yeehaw.com/archives/9902/ and read the Last
message date line, then select the last message and read the time stamp on
there. Again, a discrepancy. That archive was generated using version 20b3.
So, it looks like we have a time stamp problem going on...in fact, been going on
for a while now...

Anyone care to shed some light here, please?

PS: Does anyone have access to the 'who' list of
hypermail@landfield.com? I'm pondering starting the list on my end, so we can
slowly move away from landfield at all - anyone think that's a bad idea? I
mean, when was the last time we heard from Kent?
