another bug in the default mailcommand?

In defaults.h, mailcommand is defined as:

#define MAILCOMMAND "mailto:$TO?subject=$SUBJECT&replyto=$ID"

This seems wrong. Shouldn't it be:

#define MAILCOMMAND "mailto:$TO?subject=$SUBJECT&in-reply-to=$ID"

Am I missing something?
