The no index file problem seems to still be in the tarball on the distribution
ftp site (at least in the one I downloaded this evening). Any possibility
that either a new tarball could be rolled or a quick patch could be posted?
I can setup CVS if it's necessary, or setup a config file with a defaultindex
setting, but it seems a little silly to have software that doesn't work as
documented on the distribution site. IMHO. :)
