Error in making of Hypermail 2.0b3

Hello. I'm trying to compile Hypermail 2.0b3 on my Linux box at work. It
is running Redhat 6.0. After doing steps 1 and 2 outlined in sections 1
and 2 of README:"Building Hypermail", I try the make and get the error
message below. Have you received this problem before, and if so, what is
the fix?
