I thought I was, but when you underline it like that, no, I'm not sure.
So, I looked at the file dates of the new patched binary, and attachments matching the pattern att-*_
Sure enough, the binary was after noon on July 23rd, and the badly named attachments are no later than 8am on that day.
I guess I must've thought your fix was retroactive. :-*
We now return you to your regularly scheduled program.
