Considering that I'll never be satisfied with the work and that I'll
always continue to change the way things look, I may as well announce it so
people can actually USE it, even if I'm perpetually changing things....
http://bugs.hypermail.yeehaw.net right now has a Keystone interface to a
bug tracking system. Anyone can get to that page and open a new [trouble]
ticket and any of the technicians can make it into an open ticket and work on
it. You can also select to view all the tickets ('open tickets' is the default)
and read the notes on each.
Have fun - and use it folks, this is how we can figure out who's getting
which errors, etc, etc.
Also coming is an open ftp address where you folks can post crashing
mailboxes for others to download and try to find the error. But that's still
pending (my project list is only so long [about 6 miles], so...it'll get done,
don't worry)
